Whether signal interference is on Sprint Cell Phones, T-Mobile Cell Phones or on another phone it is always a nuisance, no matter where you are. Having a few signal bars and dropped calls is normal for a lot of people that use mobile devices on a regular basis. This is something that can happen with any phone T-Mobile Cell Phones or Sprint Cell Phones; the phone make is irrelevant.
Electrical appliances such as televisions, computers, microwaves and other devices that run by electricity can cause signal interference with Sprint Cell Phones. Make sure that these electrical devices are turned off if you are not using them. Keeping them off when not in use will help the signal in your device get a boost.
Did you know that buildings can cause you not to receive a signal on T-Mobile Cell Phones, among others? If you are in an area with mountains or near tall trees, you may have a very weak to no reception at all. If you are in a building, go outside or get near a window in order to make a call on your phone.
Or you can move to an area out in the open or an area where two streets intersect with each other. These are places where you can get a better reception on your phone. If you are in a basement or building that is made of steel, the signals will be low. They do not work well under the surface or with steel material.
The battery in your phone requires plenty of juice while you are talking on it. If your battery is low, the connection may not be good. Or you may not get a connection while you are dialing.
The networks use different frequencies and towers for these devices. If you cannot get a signal from the network, try another one to see if you can get a better connection. The network's frequency would have to be an upgrade from what you had before.
Inclement weather is a factor in signal interference. If there is lighting or thunderstorms, the reception on your mobile phone will not be good. This is out of your control. You will have to wait it out until the weather gets better.
